Podcast: Play in new window
I’m heading into this next season with a clear conviction: I don’t want to do more—I want to live more aligned.
In this episode, I share what isn’t coming in the year ahead: more hustle, louder striving, or overhauling my entire life. Instead, I’m accepting an invitation into a slower, steadier way of living—one that actually leaves room for overflow. And I want to invite you into that same rhythm.
Overflow isn’t something we chase or manufacture. It’s what happens when our pace, priorities, and capacity are aligned with what God is asking of us in this season. When we stop outrunning grace. When we stop carrying more than we’ve been given the strength for. Alignment—not overload—is the soil where abundance grows.
This episode is part teaching, part announcement, and part personal reflection as I share how this word—overflow—is shaping the way I’m approaching both personal and professional formation in 2026.
I talk about why the podcast continues to be my primary space for showing up as your big sister, mentor, and coach, and why I’m releasing a special week of daily conversations to help you reset your pace before the new year begins. I also share why I’ll be stepping back from regular solo Sunday night releases for a season—not because anything is ending, but because rest and obedience matter.
You’ll hear about some intentional shifts, including a Sabbath-style approach to growth inspired by Scripture—less planting, more trusting; less pushing, more tending. That posture is shaping the Inner Circle this year as we focus on depth over speed and alignment over expansion. The core growth levels will close for the year, while the Club level remains open as a “pay what you can” option—because access matters.
I also outline what’s ahead professionally for communicators, including the only cohort of 2026, a three-day virtual Membership Blueprint Workshop, and an in-person Monetize Your Message Intensive in Dallas.
Finally, I share a simple, free tool I created to help you reset your rhythm anytime you feel overwhelmed—a reminder that overflow doesn’t begin with effort, but with alignment.
This season isn’t about chasing abundance.
It’s about making room for it.
