I had such a fun and eye-opening conversation with Hannah Keeley, known as America’s #1 Mom Coach and the founder of Mom Mastery University. Hannah has seven kids and a powerful story of moving from overwhelm and breakdown to freedom and purpose. She knows firsthand what it’s like to be buried under laundry, stressed about money, and weighed down by anxiety—and she also knows what it looks like to get up, fold that laundry, and follow God one small step at a time.

In this episode, Hannah and I talk about what it means to understand your “Mom Brain,” how to stop beating yourself up for not fitting into everyone else’s routines, and why real connection (with God, with your kids, and with other moms) makes all the difference. She shares the three biggest “booby traps” moms face—Mom Brain, routine-divergent lives, and lack of connection—and offers practical wisdom for how to turn those pitfalls into pathways for growth.

We also dive into routines that actually work for moms, the power of building small habits that stack into big wins, and what it looks like to give yourself grace in every season—including menopause. I walked away from this conversation encouraged, convicted, and laughing out loud, and I know you will too.
