INTEGRATOR/EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR

The Integrator/Executive Administrator will serve as the glue of our organization.  This individual should be equipped to provide cadence, accountability, leadership, to a growing and fast-paced environment modeling team culture, and ensuring everyone is rowing together in the same direction. The person in this role will be integral in moving forward the company’s mission, vision, and initiatives that have been set forth. They should be technologically savvy, possess high attention to detail,  be proactive and solution-oriented.

The Integrator/Executive Administrator should be able to effectively collaborate with the Visionary in order to execute the business plan, achieve P&L objectives, and integrate all major operating functions of the business.  The Integrator role should have strong leadership experience,  excellent communication skills, a cheerful countenance, and be highly personable.

This is a full-time position. We strongly prefer in-person applicants within the DFW area who can be a part of our team long-term.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing expertise to support the growth and expansion of our company products and services. We are looking for someone with ideas, strategy, and creative skills to ensure everything gets done. The successful candidate will help the CEO set marketing & sales goals and manage the strategies and initiatives needed to achieve these goals.

The Marketing Specialist will also develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including paid and organic social media, email, podcast, and video. They must be able to work autonomously, find solutions to technology and marketing problems, and have a creative mind. This role is a working manager role, and you will be expected to execute the marketing support needed and lead the liaison efforts for the outsourced marketing pieces. You do not have direct reports in this role.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design materials that reflect the organization’s brand and visually engage our community. This individual should be motivated to support the organization in fulfilling its mission to provide compelling, life-changing content so that women can grow, learn, and be inspired to live out God’s purpose for their lives.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our team to produce engaging and effective collateral for print materials, web assets, email promotions, social media platforms, internal presentations, products, events, book launches, and more. This individual should be able to manage multiple projects from concept to completion and have the ability to prioritize and meet established deadlines.

The Graphic Designer should be innovative and desire to utilize that ingenuity in a team setting as we create cohesive and highly communicative visual experiences.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

This position is a perfect fit for a ministry-minded individual who would enjoy and excel at the administrative challenge of supporting a high-level, visionary leader. The ideal candidate will be technologically and social media savvy, possess high attention to detail,  and have a positive demeanor. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

This key role is responsible for providing personal and professional support to the Founder/CEO and will serve as the primary liaison to all internal and external stakeholders. This position is best suited for a self-starter who is able to work independently, move projects from conception to completion, and balance multiple priorities. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, work in a fast-paced environment, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

We are a highly collaborative team, so the right individual will enjoy working within a small, faith-based entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented. Because this individual will assist in a variety of ministry, business, and personal endeavors, this position is a good fit for someone who is able to handle a wide variety of activities while maintaining poise under pressure as needed. All duties should be performed with excellence and grace. 

This is a full-time position that requires in-office presence in the DFW area. This is not a remote or hybrid position. Weekend travel is required 15-20 times a year.
