INTERNSHIP EXPECTATIONS
Commit to contributing to team brainstorms and individual goal setting.
Available 10 hours per week.
Available for a monthly virtual team call on Tuesday at 7:00 AM CST.
Available to attend in-person Coaching Intensive/ Team Gathering, January 29-31, 2026, in the Dallas area. (Preferred)
Available to attend the virtual 2026 Intern Orientation, February 4-5, 2026. (Required)

What is the start date for the internship?
There will be an in-person coaching intensive and team-building event on January 29-31, 2026, in the Dallas area. This event is preferred if available.
The internship will officially kick off with a virtual intern orientation on February 4-5, 2026. This event is mandatory to attend.
Is this a paid internship?
This is not a paid internship. However, because we value the time of our interns, we are intentional in ensuring that our interns are compensated in other ways such as through coaching calls with Chrystal, training from ministry partners, access to online courses and much more. Total compensation is valued at more than $4750.
How long is the internship?
This internship will run through December 11, 2026.
Do I have to be local to the Dallas-Ft Worth area to be an intern?
While many aspects of the internship can be taken advantage of if you are local, being local is not a requirement.
I’m in school. Can I get academic credit for this internship?
Yes! You will need to check with your school administration to be sure this internship meets their requirements.
Will there be opportunities to join Chrystal’s team in a paid role after the internship ends?
On occasion, interns who have served with high dedication, skill, and excellence have continued to be a part of Chrystal’s team in a paid capacity after the internship ends. While this is a possibility, a paid position is not guaranteed.
If I’m not selected as an intern, can I volunteer with Chrystal and her team?
On occasion, volunteer opportunities are extended. These opportunities are based on an individual’s skill, desire, availability, and fit with Chrystal’s current team.
