ABOUT THE COHORT
COHORT BEGINS MARCH 17th
THURSDAYS at 9:00 AM CST
Take a moment and ask yourself Who knows YOU better than you?
The answer is no one … No one knows YOU better than you do. So, this makes You the Subject or Self Matter Expert (SME) of your life! Once again, let’s self- reflect. How well are you managing your emotional, physical, spiritual, professional, financial, wellness and relationships? Maybe you need to reposition people, places, and things in your life according to your best interest? However, we harbor a false sense of loyalty to others when deciding what is best for ourselves. This life-changing series allows you the opportunity to manage and explore your life through the lens of a Self-Matter Expert … YOU.
For sure, each session takes you on a highly engaging journey with short playful, yet effective exercises and content that foster the right mindset. Also, these bite-sized nuggets are keepsakes designed for future reference. Join me on this incredible journey towards discovering the treasure in who you are, what you bring to the table and how to keep it perfectly set.
Week 1: Identifying How You Communicate
What’s your style? The stronger your communication skills are, the better you are. - Practice listening better and asking the right questions.
- Discover how biases can impede excellent communication
- Identify potential communication pitfalls in advance.
Week 2: Confidence – Where is yours?
The greatest projects and schemes die for no other reasons than that we don’t dare. Indeed, research shows that having the right level of confidence makes us more likeable, productive, influential, and ultimately successful. In this session, we will:
- Learn how to identify the right level of confidence for a given task.
- Identify sources of confidence you can rely on and ways of coping with anxiety.
- Discover how to overcome setbacks and remain confident when things get tough.

Week 3: Creativity – Dare to Bring It!
“Creativity is intelligence having fun.” — Albert Einstein
Very often, the pressure to be serious, along with stress, anxiety, and self-criticism holds us back from being fully creative. With the right mindset and strategies, we can overcome these blocks and bring creativity back into our daily lives and our professional career. In this session, we will:
- Learn the realities of the creative process.
- Explore your intuition and learn how to tap into it regularly.
- Discover the fun in discovering your creativity
Week 4: Resilience – Vow Not To Break
To overcome life’s inevitable changes, stresses, and setbacks of the professional world, including personality differences and organizational pressures you need resilience to keep it all together.
In this session, we will:
- Consider why experiencing change is so difficult.
- Learn to develop a growth mindset, where you view setbacks as temporary life experiences.
- Create a toolbox of “Get Tough” resources to use when times “Get Rough.”
