Podcast: Play in new window
What does it really mean to feel good in your body? We are all different shapes and sizes, and what works for one woman might not necessarily work for the other. You and I are responsible for taking care of our God-given vessel, but more than care, we should also celebrate the beauty of the skin we’re in! Whatever the specifics of your physical design, at the end of the day, you’ve got to learn to love ALL of you. Even the parts you aren’t so fond of.
I loved laughing and chatting with Arielle Estoria! As a writer, speaker and creative, Arielle is learning to love herself—mind, body & soul. Together we talk about how your environment affects your mood and body, and Arielle shares how “modesty-culture” distorted her self confidence during her growing-up years. She explains her journey to embracing the fullness of who she is while giving a fresh perspective about what it means to love every inch of you.
Listen y’all, it’s encouraging to those around you when you are walking in the truth God has spoken over you. What’s that truth you ask? That you are fearfully AND wonderfully made.
Whatever modesty looks like for you, there is a common thread for us all—we present and treat our bodies as temples of a Holy God, confident that He will be pleased! As you listen, I hope you gain a tip or two on how to love and embrace every curve of you!

Chrystal,
Your latest podcast with Arielle was refreshing and much needed. I’ve had a negative body image most of my life and only recently did I finally get the gumption to learn how to love the body I was given. When Arielle spoke about speaking and thinking positively about ourselves, to ourselves, but not in a narcissistic way, but in the way God has created us to be, That right there was a soul conviction. My mind was like whoa! It is so true. I’m definitely following Arielle on Instagram now, and it was just encouraging to know that there are people that go through the same things I do! I LOVED IT.
PS. I listen to your podcasts at the gym. They are so motivating!
Thanks for listening!!!!
Loved this episode so much! Really shook me to my core on several things I’ve been telling myself, based on things from childhood. You’re always a bright spot in my day when I listen!
Thank you for your podcast with Arielle. It was encouraging and uplifting! My 16 year old daughter and I are now new followers of hers on Instagram. Chrystal, thank you for your ministry. I absolutely appreciate how honest, down to earth, and real you are. My daughter and I talk about how we’d love to be friends with you in real life. 😉 So, can we?? 🙂
