~ Morning Kingdom Kindreds! ~
Welcome back everyone! Today is the third of FIVE #KingdomWoman Wednesdays. The goal of our “One Month Journey” together is not only to read and discuss Kingdom Woman but also to apply principles found in Kingdom Woman so that we can activate change in our lives!
Today you’ve got three videos to watch when you have a moment! One from me that details my thoughts on our reading assignment for this week, and two more from me with answers to a couple of your questions!
If you haven’t already signed up for the “One Month Journey”, be sure and post a comment to THIS POST.
As a reminder, each Wednesday, I’ll share some thoughts with you about where we are headed and then give you a little “R&R”, that is… your assignment for reading and reflection.
Also, don’t forget about our Facebook Party today at Noon. If you can’t make today’s party, no worries, there will be a twitter party tomorrow night 🙂 If you can’t make that, no worries, both of these things are optional!
If you haven’t already completed your blog and linked up with our Kingdom Woman Blog Hop, you aren’t too late. You can add your blog until Friday.
Don’t stop sending in your questions ladies! After this Wednesday, we still have two Wednesdays to get your questions answered! Keep scrolling through today’s post to find the Q & A video.
Please read today’s instructions carefully and then watch the video!
- Be sure and post a comment to today’s post. That will let me know you are HERE!
- When you post a comment today, identify yourself by: first name, city, state, (and country if not the USA), favorite color, THEN respond to your reflection questions. Here’a a sample comment to give you a visual: Chrystal, Dallas, Texas, On the treadmill, Answer #1, #2, etc…
- Once you comment for yourself, feel free to reply to any comment that you see in the thread. Let’s encourage each other!
- And just for today! Your comment will enter you to win a Kingdom Woman Devotional (Available in stores 9/20)! I’ll select a winner at random.
A Few Thoughts on Chapters 4 thru 8!
~ Today’s “R&R” ~
Reflection Assignment
Every week you will have an opportunity to reflect on the previous week’s reading.
Last week we read the introduction! Don’t feel pressure to answer all of the questions.
- Fun question – We are all reading Kingdom Woman together right? When do you read? Where do you read?
- In Chapter 4, the widow showed her commitment by following the prophet’s instructions. What is one area of your life that you have been convicted in recently? What is God asking you to change?
- Chapter 5 discusses the power of a Kingdom Woman’s faith and the principle of give “it” and “it” will be given back to you. When we operate in faith, God takes over where our abilities run out. Sometimes God multiples our time. Sometimes He multiplies our finances. Sometimes it is seen in blessing and fruit in relationships. Have you ever seen God work in your life in an abundant way? If you have experienced this, please share. Your experience will encourage someone else today!
- Chapter 6 discusses the pursuit of a Kingdom Woman’s faith. We are to pursue Christ in private and in public. How do people outside of your home know that God lives in you? Think about where your work, go to school, have contact in your community, etc. What is different about you? What would you like to be different about you?
- Chapters 7 and 8 discuss the beauty of the possibilities that open up in our lives when we walk with faith and follow His instructions. When we move forward in hot pursuit of Him, we find that He always dreams bigger dreams than what we dream for ourselves. Some of us a) are already aware of the hopes in our hearts for possibilities we are believing God for. Some of us b) are seeking God fervently through prayer for those dreams and desires. Some of us c) struggle with prayer and are not sure what to possibilities to faith in? Which category are you in… a, b, or c? Why?
- Finish this sentence… “It is easiest for me to talk to God…“
- Feel free to comment on the video devotional regarding anything that resonated with you.

I don’t see the videos. Want to make sure it’s me and I’m not missing anything… in other words., can someone help a sister out?!?!
I can’t see them either. Maybe it’s me too. I am using an iPad .that could be the problem.
Peggy, st Francisville, Loiusiana, #2 God has been dealing with me about forgiveness. I have been struggling with the forgiveness of some family members and the more I prayed about t the more God showed me that there were many areas that I needed to ask for their forgiveness as well. It kind of took me by surprise at first, but it’s so easy to see now. I am praying that God will open my eyes to other areas where I need to forgive and to make me ever conscience of my words and actions and my thoughts. I am meeting with my family this weekend to address the forgiveness issues and pray the Holy Spirit empowers me and fills me so that I might be obedient to God and have peace.
I can’t find the videos either
Same here. Or the questions for today. I have the ones for next weeks assignments.
I couldn’t view the video from my tablet or phone, I had to watch from the computer.
Tanja DeSoto, TX
#1- At night in bed with a book light
#2a- Being more attentive to the needs of my husband. 2b. Respond in love and submission…not excuse and frustration. Listening first…reacting less
#3
#4- Suprisingly (although it shouldn’t be), people know. While my office bears signs (Cross, fav. scripture, decorative Christian stuff) that I’m a Christian, I didn’t realize people who didn’t know me knew I was a believer. I’ve had coworkers to apologize for saying offensive things in front of me, some to ask for prayer, and some to randomly walk up and start talking about Jesus with me. I’ve shared sermon notes with my immediate supervisor on how to deal with another supervisor. I’m not a secret agent Christian (as my pastor puts it! LoL), but at the same time I’m not running around the building being super sanctified shoving my bible and beliefs in people’s face. When there’s a segway, I use it…when there isn’t, I don’t force it. I’m not always happy when more people find out I’m a Christian, not because I don’t love Jesus, but because there are days/time when I’m afraid I would embarrass Jesus and what it means to be a Christian. I definitely don’t want to taint who He is in my life, and sometimes I have been guilty of doing just that.
forgot to turn the page in my journal.
#5- I’m a cross between b and c. I am seeking God, but there are times when even through prayer, I struggle understanding God’s purpose for me. Why…Simple. I have faith for everyone else. I believe God hard (if you can do such a thing),but I allow the enemy to use my past at times to keep my in bondage feeling unworthy.
#6- It’s easiest for me to talk to God regarding my family and children
#7- Love the videos….I love how you simply what we view as complex happening in our lives.
Tanja,
I’m with you. I can believe God for EVERYONE else, but not for myself. Ughhhh, desperately want to overcome this!
Can’t access the videos either 🙁
1. Usually in the evening in the dining room
5. In between b or c. Sometimes it’s hard to see how God can make those dreams that I have come true – or better!
On to read chapters 4-8!
🙂
Machelle, Kalamazoo, Michigan, favorite color [ Earth tones]
#1.) I usually read Kingdom Woman in my office @ our local church and or in my bed @ home at night
#2.) To trust Him regardless of what it may look like
#3.) My husband and I moved out in faith and was used to plant a church (with the permission of our former pastor) we have always been a giver of our time, treasure and gifts and God recently allowed us to purchased a building ( a very nice building) we can worship in for $1.00
#4.) Mainly people know that I’m a Christian by my conduct. My co-workers also know by my conversation
#5.) I’m in category a-I’m aware of the dreams God has set in my heart and I continue to trust Him so He can direct my path
#6.) it is easiet for me to talk to God after study time
Hi Machelle, your #3 gets a wow (times one hundred). That is awesome!
I like what you said Michelle about conduct and conversation. People really start to pay attention there as well. It’s like “what just happened” moment. Because of this people greatly respect you.
Katheryne, Hatfield, PA
1. At night. In my bedroom.
2. I like to spend a lot of time alone and the Lord is asking me to venture out more.
3. I had a problem of not being able to read the Bible for a long period of time. I wanted to, but could not. I can recall whole weeks going by without reading a whole chapter. I could read everything else for hours. There were times I would stay up all night reading, but not the Bible. When I asked the Lord to give me a love for His Word, He answered by exceeding my expectations. It took time to happen, but little by little, my appetite for His Word grew and keeps growing today. I have not yet reached staying up all night reading the Bible, but I think He means to get me there (smiles).
4. What is probably different about me in secular settings is that I talk about God. That is probably the clearest indication for friends, colleagues and acquaintances.
5. I’m in all three categories in different areas of my life because I’ve lived long enough to accomplish some of what He has planned for me but not long enough to finish all that He wants to do.
6. It easiest for me to talk to God when I am rested.
7. Like many others, I cannot see the videos yet. I’ll continue to check back.
#1 I read KW in bed before I go to sleep.
#5 I’m b right now. God has transformed my life in such a drastic way that much of what I thought were my dreams and desires mean nothing to me now. I am in a season of soaking up as much of Him and His word as I can because I know He’s got some great plans for me.
I can’t see videos on my iPhone, iPad or in my browser (Safari) 🙁
Jeralyn..Sterling, Colorado, purple is my fave color.
I can’t access the videos either:(
1) Early morning sitting in my favorite chair in the family room.
2) Praying for my husband. I’ve been too concerned about myself and my comfort level in the marriage.
3) My life has been one of manna for each day…
4) I communicate to people that I care about them, their heartaches and their family. I ask questions and I LISTEN…I don’t try to fix them.
5) I am “a”…I am aware of my hopes and dreams but sometimes I lose sight of them in my everyday routine of life.
Jeralyn,
Listening and not tying to fix is a big one. We all have a heart and want to do something for the person but God has to tap up on the shoulder and say “Pardon but did you forget that I am in control and will take care of it?” I have been working on this. Listening is the best thing you can do for a person. James 1:9 “My dear friends, you should be quick to listen and slow to speak or to get angry.” and Paul Tillich said “The first duty of love is to listen.” You don’t have to do anything, per se. Just giving that person the time to listen says a whole lot. I am learning this everyday.
Hi Kyaunnee, I have been meaning to read Tillich. That is a great quote: “The first duty of love is to listen.” Very good… Would you recommend any one of his books as a first read?
Katheryne,
Funny, I found this quote by Paul Tillich in a magazine I read this past summer. It came to mind so I had to share it. I have never read his books but now that you mentioned it I will check it out. There is another book that I would like to start reading called “Circling Prayer” or something of that nature.
Hi Kyaunnee, you found a good quote. You know I read the whole book of James one morning this week because of you. Since reading your comment, James 1:9 stuck in my head that day. I think it was the next morning or the morning after that. It was the passage I meditated on for most of that day too. Thank you for sharing that Scripture. Listening is so important. / And I got a visual of the Lord tapping on the shoulder. He does that sometimes (chuckle, chuckle). Enjoy the weekend 🙂
Kyaunnee…thank you for the Scripture and the quote..I will check out that author!
Jeralyn,
You are so welcome.
Elza, Nazareth, orange
1. I read Kingdom Woman at work on my lunch break (praise God for my new job!), when I wake up and am sitting in the bed, in the tub, while I eat, really almost anytime/anyplace.
2. An area of my life I was recently convicted in is deception; I let a lady at a store near my home believe something about me that wasn’t true. I returned the next day and told her the truth. I believe God wants me to change my motive (if it is ill) at the times that I am tempted to be deceptive.
3. Last Wednesday, I was REALLY struggling to be content in a particular area of my life. I wanted to call my two best friends, cry, be hugged and just ‘rest’ in my feelings but God told me to seek Him. He led me to a prophetic word I received in July and that thing SO BLESSED me. I still cried, but it was gratitude because He was thinking about me. He knew that I would be struggling with contentment that day and had such a blessing waiting for me. The fact that He loves me so much is amazing! I classify that instance and many others as abundant!
4. People outside my home know that God lives in me because of my speech and actions. I don’t take part in every conversation at work. I love people that are difficult to love. I serve those around me. I would like to be more patient with people. I do a good job of not appearing impatient on the outside and inside, sometimes I’m impatient.
5. I am in category A; I say that because there are things that I know God has for me and I trust that He will bring them to pass perfectly. He shows me, through dreams and visions, glimpses of who He created me to be. I declare and decree things concerning my life and the lives of those I love and believe that because He speaks through me, my words don’t fall to the ground (1 Sam 3:19; Job 22:28). There are times that I struggle with doubt, but I fight & pray in those moments to be faithful, not faith less.
6. It is easiest for me to talk to God when my heart is clear.
7. Like my sisters who commented above, I am currently unable to view any of the 3 videos.
Good Morning Elza, Congratulations on your new job!
Tasha, Rockwall, TX. Fave color purple, but I’m getting into oranges and greens….
#1 I’m having a hard time finding time at home and at work to read. We are living in a hotel right now and everyone is in the one room, so it gets difficult to tune everything and everyone out. Work is always a rush during lunch breaks so I’ve given up reading there. I’m now taking advantage of the time I have when I take my daughter to classes at the community college. I have a 3 hour waiting time and I’ve been finding that enjoyable. I turn on some jazz on Pandora and pop in my head phones and read and reflect. Best 3 hours – 2 days a week in a long time!!!
#6 “It is easiest for me to talk to God…“In the shower and in the car. Those are my go to places when I need quiet time with God. I don’t talk to God nearly enough nor often enough. I’m seriously relearning to walk with Him again and trust…..wish I could simply just trust!!!!
I couldn’t see the video’s either..does it matter that i’m looking from my phone?
So sorry everyone! I will fix when I get home. Have been away from my computer today and just now seein your messages!
The OCD in me is freaking out right now!!!!
It’s okay Chrystal. I’m sure they are worth the wait…I’ll take a deep breath for you (smiles).
Kyaunnee, Miami, Florida, Pink
1. I like to read in my room at night and in the morning.
4. People have a funny way of observing other people. They know who is who and they can spot someone who is different a mile away. I have had people come up to me at school, at church and in the store come and tell me or my mom “you know, I have been watching you for a long time” *creepy* “and I have to say you are nothing like the other people. You are different. You act different.” I recently had a friend who contacted me after becoming acquainted in French class. She said “From the moment that I met you, I was drawn to your spirit INSTANTLY. I had no idea whether or not you went to church or how spiritual you were, but I said to myself…”that girl has amazing energy. She is one of those rare people where I can literally feel God in her”. And that’s why I always wanted to sit next to you keep doing what you are doing and being who you are. You are a truly beautiful person inside and out and have been an inspiration to me! ” My momma was right. You better be careful how you conduct yourself in public. You better believe someone is watching you.
5. a) are already aware of the hopes in our hearts for possibilities we are believing God for.
6. It is easiest for me to talk to God at night and in the morning.
2. For years I have tried to find a way to be a stay-at-home mom so that I could spend more time with my son who has Down syndrome. My on-line store has basically been at a stand still for many years. I am so angry with myself for putting so much time into trying to find a way to stay home with the business that I have greatly neglected my son and I’m still working my full-time job away from home. God wanted me to see that even if He has given me a vision for this business, I am NOT to neglect my family. If the business closes tomorrow, I will still have what is most important —God and family. Well… now that I have that off my chest. ~ Thank you Heavenly Father.
3. Most recently, God has worked abundantly by showing me that He is the ultimate provider. He has kept us from so many financial sinking ships by showing up right on time… so many times. ~ Thank you Heavenly Father.
4. People know that God lives in me by the activities I refuse to do such as participate in all the gossip. And by the things I do; Like seeing the good in EVERY “bad” situation or person. Always pointing out the good side of people that others don’t want to see or can’t see. I think people can just feel and see good spirited people the moment they start to speak. I pray I always stay this way. ~ Thank you Heavenly Father.
However, one thing I would like to be different about me is… I would like to share scriptures on the spot, by memory without fumbling through my Bible when someone needs a word from God.
5. Definitely category 5.
6. It’s easiest to talk to God early morning before my brain gets cluttered with all the other stuff in life.
7. Videos not working.
Hi Melvina, my prayer for you is that as you continue to read, meditate on, study, pray, live…the Word, that God will help you to supernaturally remember Scripture to share with others. Also, it is definitely great knowing where to reference when talking to people or praying Scripture over them, but know that looking through the Bible is okay to find something; don’t beat yourself up about that. Maybe you can write down or type a few Scriptures related to different topics (ex: salvation, healing, speaking like Christ, love, overcoming depression, being set free, etc) and keep it in your Bible for a quick reference guide. God bless you!
Kimberly, Montgomery, AL Tiffany Blue
1, Between cleaning up cereal off the floor and in the spare bedroom.
2, Fully trusting and surrendering to His Will.
3. For the last past two years I have been unemployed. This is the trying season. It’s a lesson about me truly leaning, trusting, and understanding Him. We do struggle, but we are ok. We may have all the things we want but we have exactly what we need. This is what he wanted to show me too. He is continuously covering us. I just pray that as we face this last step in our loan modification process that thins go in our favor. Praising God for grace and mercy. Love Him greatly…
4. ATTITUDE
5. B. Seeking God fervently through prayer for those dreams and desires.
6. It is easiest for me to talk to God while I am in the car.
Hi Kimberly, my prayer for you is that God’s perfect will is accomplished in your life concerning everything, including the loan modification process. I don’t know the entire process that you and your family have gone through, but I know that God is with you and He sees all. Someone very close to me was involved in a loan modification for several years. It was certainly a trying time & God was consistently with her. Large amounts of money were taken from her by companies claiming they would help when they had no intention of doing so. I trust that God will restore all that was taken and I pray He has mercy on the companies that wronged her, possibly you and anyone else in this process. At the right time, her loan was modified. Praise God she was never evicted, never missed a meal and is still in her home. God does all things well and He promises to never leave nor forsake us (Deut 31:6, 31:8; Heb 13:5-6). Be encouraged to keep standing on His promises. He always brings them to pass (Num 23:19; Is 46:9-11)! God bless!!
OK! Videos working! Again… so sorry about that!
Wendy, Dallas, Texas
1.) I read “Kingdom Woman” in my home in my favorite chair.
2.) One area in my life that I have been convicted lately is my feelings taking rule over the truth. I tend to believe the truth and know God will come through, however, I let my feelings direct how I response. This is a little tricky also. When your brother or sister in Christ are down you are not supposed to be jumping around for joy in front of them. You are to meet them where they are. Therefore, I am still discerning and finding balance in my emotions following truth. Today was a great day though in learning how to adjust to this. When I woke up God told me something that I have been waiting to hear for months. I got on FB only to be hit by Satan from the start. I wanted to response with my emotions, God said, “I told you to give me the highest praise because I live.” I did. Then my battery on my phone did not charge overnight. Deep down I knew that there was a reason, but I did not want to hear it. This made the wait long throughout the day for an earthly confirmation on what God had told me during the process my emotions were up and down. There were times when I would tell myself it is okay if it does not happen right now…then I would have to remind myself of the conversation and the songs God gave me to sit on. There were times during the battle I would just cry because of how “I felt”, but in the end it paid off because you do not realize how much your emotions are blocking prayers being answered until you put your emotions in their proper place. Emotions cause confusion in a battle, they can make it hard to discern when God speaking to you, and they make you start thinking things that are not even true. Oh silly emotions!
3.) I have seen God work in my life in abundant way. One of the ways is when the mortgage industry was hit, before the recent recession took place, it lead to the company I worked for to downsize. During the process, God told me to volunteer to be laid off. Ummm I am a single mom with two kids, are you kidding? I wanted to experience God taking care of me like a bird though. I obeyed. I went back to school the first two years and it was paid for (which I was one of the last of two people that got into the program before the funds depleted), I did not have to work because of unemployment benefits, and I received gas money. My children got to stay in private school in spite of not having a job. It was also a very humbling experience. I had to get on food stamps to put food on the table. I had to put my kids on Medicaid and the looks people give you when you are on public help are never proud moments. We never went without though. There were times my children would need clothes and I would get bags of clothes from someone for them. I am thankful for that time and nothing could ever replace it. I went from having a job making very good money, in which I put my security in, to learning how to put my security in God and to trust Him with little things. I was able to understand what it felt like to be on government assistants to help minister to people when they are at that time in their life. The growth that came out of it was more rewarding than what any security or job could offer.
4.) I try to let my little light shine. I just try to let the Holy Spirit live through me. I don’t walk around speaking in a lot of Bible words I just try to be real. From my past and what I have lived if you really want to reach the lost you got to be real. They are not looking for someone to come in and speak this Bible language with them. (Now don’t get me wrong I get lost in “sharing” scripture at times and I have to be reminded to back down.) They are looking for someone to come in and be relational. I also try to stay true to characteristics of God. If I have done something wrong I take the proper steps to correct what I have done. Even when you think people are not noticing they really are, they see you are different even from people that go to church.
5.) I am in the A category. Why? I am not sure how to answer that. There was a time before two years ago I really did not have a confident direction in where God wanted me. I had a HUGE false god in my life that I did not even realize it and it lead to a lot of confusion and not discerning correctly. Over the last two years God really use the circumstances I was in to lead me to finding more of a direction in my life of where He wanted me. Now I am walking towards those desires but at the same time there is still a lot I do not know.
6.) It is easiest for me to talk to God when I can just be myself. When I don’t have to use any fancy jargon or pray a certain way. When I am able to just let it flow and give Him all of it. Sometimes I get lost in “being proper” only to walk away from talking to God and not accomplishing anything. Those times when I get down, dirty, and tell Him exactly what I want, those are the times I walk away with more accomplished. I hear Him more, I understand more, I see myself more, and prayers get answered.
Hi Wendy, I enjoyed your post. One, because of the sheer volume. And two, because you said two things that both help and me make me smile. You said, “When your brother or sister in Christ are down you are not supposed to be jumping around for joy in front of them.” I need prayer about this because I don’t know how to not do that. I know when it’s happening and I just don’t know how to reverse that train. And then you said you wanted to see God take care of you like a bird. That makes me smile. Many blessings to you and yours.
Romonda, LR,AR, purple-sorry for the late response
1. I’ve actually finished the book, because I was so into it!! And I read it where ever and when ever I could…hospital waiting room, work, home…lol
2. I have been convicted of my relationships with men. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God is asking me to REMAIN abstinent. Only been a couple of months, but im in prayer constantly!!!!
3. I recently experienced God show up in my finances…not to increase per say but to maintain. I was off work for a knee surgery, and things fell behind. And yes I wrote a check that I should not have written-this was in April. Dont you know God held that check back?!?! First the company was behind 2months so they didnt even see it until June. I started back to work in June. So naturally I wanna pay my mortage which is 2months behind, so I call the company to see what arrangements could be made?? And 1 of my high school classmates answered the phone!!! I told the truth of my situation and she gave me another extension…I did not pay that check off until AUGUST. From April to August???? NOBODY BUT GOD
4. People outside of work know that God lives in me by the way I carry myself. I try to bear the fruits of The Spirit. I am more self controlled now than I was just a few months ago. I began to live a spirit filled life, and then your book came along right after that-God’s perfect timing!! Doesn’t happen at all times, but it is A LOT more oftern now! 🙂
5. I am in category a & b. I am now…always expecting God for something bigger and better. Y??? Because He said so 🙂 🙂
6. It is easiest for me to talk to God from my heart. Praying to be bolder
Hi Romonda! I believe that God is pleased that you have decided to obey Him by remaining abstinent. As you carry that (abstinence) out in your daily life, I believe He is glorified and honored. My prayer for you is that when you are tempted to be intimate with a random, that you take the way of escape that God is SURE to provide (1 Corinthians 10:13). My prayer for you is also that you flee youthful lust (2 Tim 2:22). Victory is your portion in and because of Christ alone! Blessings to you!
thx for your wisdom Elza…blessings

1- I usually read the book I the evening, before going to bed. I read it at work during lunch time when it is quiet in the office.
2- I am at the point where I am waiting and praying for God’s guidance. I have been feeling a bit restless and in need of change in all areas of my life, so I am waiting for His answer!
3- When the whole economy problem began I lost my job (2008). I was really upset by this as I am single and totally depend on my salary to support myself. At first I was able to work temporarily at different companies, but as the economy got worse, I lost that too. I had no choice but to apply for unemployment benefits. All this time I had started to save some money to get a new car. Mine was a good car, but it was old and was starting to give me problems. After loosing my job those plans changed. I knew I needed a better car so I started to pray about it. I would pray something like: “Lord you know I need a car, you know that I can’t afford one, I am trusting that you will provide me with one in better condition than mine and at no cost to me, You are my Father, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, I will wait on you”. Right when I needed it the most, when I found a temp job that required me to make deliveries He came through, a good Samaritan gave me a car 5 years newer than mine and in much better condition. Isn’t He great? I ended up finding a permanent job in 2011 and guess what? I am still driving the same car.
4- I have always believed that actions speak louder than words. I don’t feel that I have to be constantly telling everyone I am a Christian, instead, I want my actions to let people know that I am. So I strive each day to make this a reality in my life and it has worked so far. People always come to me for prayer and for counseling. So I think it is working!

6- It is easiest for me to talk to God early in the morning or before I go to sleep @ night.
7- Loved the Indiana Jones comparison!!

1.In my room after its all quiet
2.To change the way i Trust ppl that have hurt me in the past ..and to simply do as ive always quoted and learned and that is to Relax In Gods Grace and REALLY trust HIM and only HIM and understand that people have different ways of apologizing and to just move on and know that this too shall pass.
3.In the way i view people/things and events.. ..to simply helping me be the best mom and wife i can. I’m not superwoman nor wonder woman and I’ve seen God slow me down so i can focus on what is important.
4.I dont react to things or situations or people like i use to, when things would bother me. Some ppl say its being nonchalant or not caring but i figure why get sick and have a heart attack or stroke over foolishness or be depressed over trying to please people. Its called “studying to be quiet”. UNTIL after Ive prayed about it and then i proceed and thats a total difference.
5.A.
6.Its easier for me to talk to God when Im feeling cluttered and my mind is racing 100 miles an hour. HE puts it all in perspective because HE reminds me that it wont happen unless HE saids it will.
7…Cant watch the video right now cause im at work..LOL!

1. I read first thing in the morning, I sit down in my recliner in the living room with a cup of green/ginger tea.
Chapter 4. I haven’t been convicted, although I have made a decision to stay with things in my life….eating healthy, exercising (50lb by age 50)
Chapter 5. Yes, God has been my sole provider since I have walked off my corporate job last Sept. 2012.
Chapter 6. My community knows that God lives in me because I stay consistent with my walk. I don’t join the crowd and compromise.
Chapter 7&8 I fit in category A. Because I always wanted better and if no one else I always believed God. Walked where there were no steps.
It’s easiest to talk to God in conversation. Talk to Him as aI do my earthly Father.
50lb by 50! You can do it!

1. On my couch, after dinner
2. God is asking me to witness to my friends who are engaging in alternate life styles. I feel the most convicted because at one point in time we were all living that same life style.
3. YES! It seems as though ever since I’ve been in college, my family has been blessed abundantly in our finances. Opportunities opened for my parents that were unexpected, especially at their age. With that He’s should me how to be more mindful of my own finances. I’m 23 and I received an allowance from my parents up until about a month ago when the Lord told me I had to work for my money. Even though I was able to earn 3 degrees with athletic and academic scholarships, I was still reckless with my work income. I noticed that the more faithful I was in giving/tithing and budgeting, the more money I had to do the things I love to do (mostly eat!).
4. I’m always willing to serve. I volunteer with my church regularly. At work, I am always willing and happy to volunteer for the events that take place outside of work hours and on weekends.
5. I am in the a category. I desire so much more than what my parents were able to have for themselves (the children were always taken care of). I have faith in the path that God has for my career, my family, and my life. I just want to do what is pleasing to him. I want to make God happy and I know that those around me will be happy in return.
6. It is easiest for me to talk to God in private.
Kingdom Woman Wednesday #3 | Chrystal Evans Hurst, aporte valioso. Me encanta vuestra web.
My mom’s been living alone for over decade. She rises at six every early morning. She makes herself a coffee. She waters her plants. She hears the information on the radio. She drinks her coffee. She has a fast clean. An hour later on, at 7, her day is over. Two months ago a next-door neighbor informed her about your blog site, and she asked me to go and get her among those thingummyjigs. She was discussing a computer system. Ever since she has uncovered a whole new globe. She and I are quite happy her neighbor came across your blog.
That’s awesome. Tell your mom that I will be writing more soon. That really encourages me. Thanks.
